Travelers who join the interest list will receive updates as the final details are confirmed and will be notified when reservations officially open.

No. Joining the interest list does not create a reservation, hold space or guarantee future availability.

It simply tells Our Family Travel that you would like to receive information about the trip as plans develop.

03 When will the final travel dates be announced?

The trip is being planned for 2029, but the exact departure dates have not yet been finalized.

Confirmed dates will be added to this page and shared with interest-list travelers once the group arrangements are complete.

04 When will pricing be available?

Group pricing will be published before reservations open.

We want travelers to be able to review the complete package price, deposit requirement, payment schedule, cancellation terms and confirmed inclusions before deciding whether to reserve.

05 Will airfare be included?

The trip is currently being planned as a land-based guided journey beginning in Scotland and ending in Ireland.

Airfare arrangements will be addressed separately once the travel dates are confirmed and suitable flight options can be evaluated.

06 Will I need a passport?

International travel to Scotland and Ireland will require appropriate travel documentation, including a valid passport for U.S. travelers.

Entry requirements can change, especially before a trip several years away. Our Family Travel will provide updated passport and entry-information guidance before departure, but each traveler remains responsible for meeting the requirements that apply to them.

07 How physically demanding will the trip be?

This is a sightseeing-focused guided journey and travelers should expect regular walking, getting on and off transportation, uneven surfaces, stairs and time spent standing at attractions.

Historic sites and older buildings in Scotland and Ireland may not always offer the same level of accessibility found in newer facilities.

08 What if I have mobility or accessibility needs?

Please let Our Family Travel know about mobility or accessibility considerations before making a reservation.

Once the final itinerary and accommodations are confirmed, we can review available information with you so you can determine whether the trip is appropriate for your individual needs.

09 Will travel protection be available?

Yes. Travel protection will be discussed as part of the booking process, and Our Family Travel strongly recommends that travelers consider coverage for an international trip.

Coverage options, benefits, exclusions and any time-sensitive provisions should be reviewed carefully before purchasing a plan.

10 Are the itinerary and attractions already guaranteed?

No. The itinerary shown on this page represents the journey currently being planned and should be considered preliminary.

Routing, hotels, sightseeing, meals, transportation and individual experiences remain subject to change until the group arrangements are finalized.

11 Can I travel alone or do I need a roommate?

Solo travelers are welcome to express interest. Final room options, including any single-room pricing or availability, will be announced when the trip opens for booking.

If you plan to share a room, you can indicate that preference on the interest form.

12 What happens once reservations open?

We will publish the finalized trip information, including dates, pricing, accommodations, inclusions, deposit requirements and booking terms.

Interest-list travelers will be notified and will then be able to review the complete offer before deciding whether they want to make a reservation.

Good Planning Begins Early

A Few Things You Can Think About Now

You don't need to make travel arrangements yet, but there are a few things worth keeping in mind while we work on the final trip details.

01
Check Your Passport

If you already have one, take a look at its expiration date. If you don't have one, there is plenty of time to plan ahead.

02
Think About Mobility

Consider your comfort with walking, historic sites, stairs and full sightseeing days.

03
Consider Your Departure Airport

Knowing where travelers are coming from will help us evaluate flight planning later.

04
Stay on the Interest List

That's the best way to receive important updates as the 2029 trip develops.
